I also can't help you with issues using SAI surface pro or OS related problems, either. I haven't used SAI for almost eight years, now, and can't answer technical questions about issues outside shortcuts. I can't answer questions about later versions as I don't have them. This tutorial is for version 1.1.0 of SAI.
